JUDITH ARLENE “JUDY” MIKELS HOLE

Judith Arlene “Judy” Mikels Hole, age 81, of Troy, OH passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at her residence.  She was born on April 15, 1934 in Troy, OH to the late Roy and Edna (Mauk) Mikels.  On December 17, 1955, Judy married Richard Hole and he preceded her in death. 

Judy is survived by her daughters: Michelle Williams, Beth Hole and Susan Hole all of Troy; son and daughter-in-law: Patrick and Teresa Hole of Columbus; sister: Maxine (Paul) Botting of Gaithersburg, MD; granddaughter: Becky (Nate) Snell of Tipp City; great-granddaughters: Alexandria Henry and Lillian Snell; great-grandson: Christopher Snell; and cousins, raised as sisters: Marjorie (George) Lawson and Ethel Mae (Jim) Wells.  Judy was preceded in death by her son-in-law: Steven Williams.

Judy was a 1952 graduate of Troy High School.  She was a manager with the M&R House of Cards for over 20 years.  She enjoyed sewing, quilting and her grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH.  Private interment will take place in Fletcher Cemetery, Fletcher, OH.  The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 AM on Saturday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Piqua Public Library, 116 West High Street, Piqua, OH 45356.
