Raymond F. Koopman

Raymond F. Koopman, age 89, of Troy, OH passed away on May 26, 2022 at the Koester Pavilion, Troy.  He was born on January 8, 1933 in Sparta, WI to the late Henry and Leona (Ziegler) Koopman.

Raymond is survived by his daughter: Joanna Stewart of Troy; son and daughters-in-law: Jeff  and Jane Koopman of Troy and Debbie Luckey of Findlay; siblings: Vernon Koopman of Versailles and Orville Koopman of WI; six grandchildren: Jessica, Jackie, Jamie, Meggan, Michael and Samantha; ten great grandchildren: Delainy, Lawrence, Bryce, Jayden, Jesse, Jarod, Jason, Katlynn, Brooklynn and Ronin and two great great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes (Barker) Koopman; son: John Luckey; son-in-law: Rob Stewart and five brothers and five sisters.

He served his country in U.S. Army.  He was employed for 38 years with Dinner Bell and five years with Harborside Healthcare Center.  He was a longtime member of the Troy Fish and Game and he loved to fish and ride his bike.
