Tabatha Susan Moore

Tabatha Susan Moore, age 45, of Tipp City, Ohio, passed away on March 19, 2026, at her residence. She was born on July 14, 1980, in Troy, Ohio, to Susan (née Bell) (Dan) Gansheimer of West Milton and the late Steve Walter Smith.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Clifford Moore of Tipp City; her children, Christiana (Jack) Meyer, Jeremiah Moore, and Jacob (Gabriella) Moore; her grandchildren, Ellie and Milo Meyer and Apollo Moore; her sister, Stephanie (James) Vaughan, who was her best friend and “sissy”; her step-sister, Tara Law; her step-brother, Danny Gansheimer, Jr.; her nieces and nephews, Val Smith, Brayden Vaughan, and Bryson Vaughan; her longtime friend, Kellie Grapes; and her beloved dog, Jasmine.

Tabatha, lovingly known as “Mammaw (Tabby)” to her grandchildren, lived a life devoted to caring for others. She worked as an LPN at Troy Rehab, SpringMeade, and most recently at Vancrest of New Carlisle. Her coworkers described her as hardworking, compassionate, and passionate, as well as fun-loving with a wonderful sense of humor that could make anyone laugh.

She was a fierce protector and provider for her family and cherished spending her free time with her children and grandchildren, creating lasting memories together. She also loved traveling with her husband in their camper, taking road trips and enjoying new places and experiences.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Fletcher Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.
