Mindy Lynn Current

Mindy Lynn Current, age 60, of Troy, OH passed away unexpectedly on March 28, 2026 at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering. She was born on August 20, 1965 in Troy to Carol J. (Clark) Current of Troy and the late Maxie L. “Max” Current.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother: Max L. Current II (Susan) of Troy; sister: Missy Severt of Tipp City; nieces and nephews: Tyler, Jake, Cody, Trina and Ashley; great niece and nephews: Jordan, Mayleigh, Joseph, William, and Matthew and special friend: Paul Sturgeon. She was preceded in death by her father; her brother: Matthew Current and her longtime significant other: Brian Lavy.

Mindy was a 1983 graduate of Miami East High School. She was employed with Eagle Wright in Moraine for many years. Mindy loved going to concerts, having fun and spending time with her cats.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
