Michael E. Weaver

Michael E. Weaver, age 78, of Troy, passed away on Monday August 31, 2026, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on December 12, 1947, in Troy, Ohio, to the late Marvin Weaver and Gladys (Ingle) Jones.

Mike is survived by his wife of almost 60 years: Pamela (Gerken) Weaver; daughters: Angie (John) McLain of Greenwood, IN and Dee Brown of Marysville; son: Eric (Jill) Weaver of Troy; brother: Gary (Candy) Weaver of Dayton; sister: Joan (Bob) Vanchure of Burlington, KY; six grandchildren: Nate (Ashlyn) and Morgan (Calvin) McLain, Noah (Maddie) and Leah Brown, Hannah (Brian) and Chase (Kylee) Weaver; and sisters-in-law: Debbie Bingham and Tammy Welbaum. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step-parents Phil Jones, Lois Weaver; sister: Jane Laughman; brother-in-law: Steve Laughman and Butch Gerken; and son-in-law: Derric Brown.

Mike was a 1966 graduate of Troy High School, a United States Air Force veteran and member of the First Lutheran Church in Troy. He retired as a maintenance manager with Dinner Bell/ConAgra.
