Mark David Seyfried

Mark David Seyfried, age 58 of Troy OH, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at Hospice of Miami County. He was born on February 6, 1968 in Cincinnati, OH to Patsy (Ryan) Seyfried and the late Eugene Seyfried.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 18 years Stacy Nicole (Tomlin) Seyfried; children EmmaLee Seyfried of Troy, Rachel (Ross) Lykes, Lauren Bailey of Huber Heights, and KymberLee Seyfried; brothers Tim Seyfried, Glenn (Marci) Seyfried, Keith (Tera) Seyfried all of Cincinnati; granddaughter Guinevere Lykes; beloved pets Cricket and Sully. He shared a special bond with his beloved Aunt Kris and Mary-Jane and Uncle Bert, while also cherishing the love and relationships he shared with his many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Eugene and sister Lisa and daughters KateLee Seyfried and Sierra Allen.

Mark was born and raised in Cincinnati OH. He graduated from Colerain High School in 1986. Growing up, he was an Eagle Scout, a camp counselor, and enjoyed participating in theater. Mark had a passion for tinkering, working hard, camping, hiking, traveling, leading others, working around the house, and walking around hardware stores. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his devoted family, who brought him his greatest happiness.

Mark dedicated 39 years of his life to a career in retail management, where he took great pride in his work. He believed in the values of hard work and honesty, carrying those principles into every aspect of his life. Above all, Mark was a devoted son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 PM, Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with visitation from 3:00 – 5:00 PM. Private interment will be held at a later date in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
