Magdaline Jackson

Magdaline Jackson, age 71, of Troy, passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at Hospice of Dayton. She was born on August 6, 1954 in El Paso, TX to the late Bennie and Linda (Rodgers) Guarnero.

Magdaline is survived by two children: Kim (Mike) Kazmaier of Casstown and Kaitlynn (Rusty) Tyree of Troy; seven grandchildren: Ian, Dio, Cameron, David, Oraura, Lyric and Aiden; and sisters: Irene Manley and Suzie McKenzie. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: David Christopher Jackson on February 14, 2026; daughter: Claire Jackson; sister: Rachel Wilson; and brother: Tony Guarnero.

Magdaline was a Daycare provider for 40 years with the City and State. Everything she did was for her family. She loved music, dancing, singing and coffee.

Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 PM on March 6, 2026, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy. Family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00 PM at the funeral home.
