Joshua Ryan Martin

Joshua Ryan Martin, age 48 of Troy, passed away on September 1, 2026, at Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit in Troy. He was born on July 11, 1978, to Jill (Huffaker) Morris of Oxford, OH, and the late Theodore J Martin.

In addition to his mother, Joshua is survived by his wife of 20 years: Dawn Martin; two children: Ethan Theodore Martin and Olivia Doreen Martin, both of Troy; three brothers: Zachary Robert (Kim) Martin of Loveland, Gabriel Lee Morris of Oxford and Jacob Clinton (Amy Janay) Morris of Eaton; and numerous family members, including his in-laws: Doreen and Bill Snell of Troy. In addition to his father, Joshua was preceded in death by one brother: Benjamin Lee Martin.

Joshua was a 1996 graduate of Miami East High School. He was employed for 24 years at Meijer Distribution Center in Tipp City. Joshua enjoyed the beach, camping, canoeing and loved the outdoors.
