Jerusalem Olivia Fohner

Jerusalem Olivia Fohner, Age 76, of Piqua, Ohio, passed away on June 23, 2026. She was born on June 15, 1950, in Barberton, Ohio to the late Phillip Raymond Price and Olive Jean Fohner.

Jerusalem is survived by her children: Erika Shadow and Matthew (Denise) Shaffer; brother: Harry Price; and grandchildren: Andrew and Jason Shaffer; and Wilson, Finley and Emily Shadow. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Phillip.

Jerusalem was a feisty lover of British sitcoms and comedies. She loved to cook, have tea parties and dress elegantly. She loved her kids, grandkids and her animals. Jerusalem was a retired Registered Nurse.
