Howard C. Fisher

Howard C. Fisher, age 70, of Troy, OH passed away on February 21, 2026 at Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born on December 18, 1955 in Piqua, OH to the late Howard C. and Shirley (Smith) Fisher.

He is survived by his wife: Patricia A. (Tilton) Fisher; daughter: Amy Michelle Stambaugh; brothers: Steve Fisher and Tim Fisher; grandchildren: Cole Cyr and Cortney Cyr and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers.

Howard was a graduate of Graham High School. He was retired from Miami County. He loved watching television, especially westerns.

Interment took place in Evergreen Cemetery, St. Paris.
