Frank L. Cromer

Frank L. Cromer, age 78, of Troy, OH passed away on April 5, 2026 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on February 25, 1948 in Columbia, SC to the late Myrl G. and Beatrice M. (James) Cromer.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years: Norma Faye (Hale) Cromer; daughter: Faith Wilson of Troy; sister: Rita (Fred) Ortega of Houston, TX; brother: Myrl “Sonny” (Cora) Cromer of Piqua; five grandchildren: Harley Poindexter, Destiny Watkins, Phillip Wilson II, Lilly Wilson and Haven Wilson; and five great greatgrandchildren: Tommy Watkins, Haiden Watkins, Timmy Watkins, Archer Watkins and Dexter Watkins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son: Roy Lee Cromer; sisters: Mildred Cromer and Dorene (Larry) Kindell; and son-in-law: Phillip Wilson.

Frank was employed with Hobart Cabinet Company for 49 years. He was a member of Casstown Lutheran Church. Frank loved fishing, NASCAR and working in his garage.

Graveside service will be held at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Vandalia, OH.
