Beulah L. Quinn

Beulah L. Quinn, age 77, of Troy, OH passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at Otterbein, Tipp City. She was born on December 22, 1948 in Hensley, WV to the late Clarence and Betty (Dillon) Bramlette.

She is survived by her daughter: Sherry (Quinn) Forman of Troy, OH; siblings: Clarence (Lisa) Bramlette, Ernie (Teresa) Bramlette, Pete Bramlette and Sue Bramlette; grandchildren: Kendra Sue (Ethan) Green, Union, OH; James Everett (Brianna) Forman of Troy, OH; Daniel Allen (Mikayla) Forman of Troy, OH; Sierra Maggert of Youngstown, OH and Lindsay Welker of Piqua, OH; and great granddaughters: Anora, Emerald, Valor, Guinevere, Vivian and Noelle; great grandson: Waylon; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Richard Lee Quinn, Sr.; and son: Richard Lee Quinn, Jr.

Beulah was a member of Troy Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 971. She retired after 22 years from Creative Extruded Product in Tipp City. Beulah enjoyed going for walks and traveling. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Services will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, April 13, 2026 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy, OH. Private interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
