On behalf of the Société de Police - IPD Adam & Edward, our condolences to the family and friends of Stephen E. Farley on his departing from this life.

To the family we offer the following thought: There are those people who's remembrance gives light in this world, long after they have passed away. This light shines in our darkest nights on the road we must follow.

I am trying to imagine life going forward without my good friend, Steve. We became very close over the last number of years and when troubles or concerns came up, we could talk about anything. Love is the first word that comes to my mind when describing Steve. I know that his love will be with me as I make my way through my senior years, but I was counting on doing the winter of my life together with Steve. I am fortunate to have done spiritual life together with Steve, and I am blessed to be able to say over the years I have watched him grow spiritually. His prayers were telling of his growth and his heart. I know he is with Jesus and I am joyful to know I will be with him eternally, but there is a hole on the earth where he has departed that can't be filled. My heart and prayers will be with Cindy and Steve's family and may God bless you all in a special way as you remember the good times with Steve.

Our hearts and prayers go out to Cindy and the family. We knew Steve for many years and were neighbors as well. He always had a kind word and a big smile to greet us at church and such a joy to talk too!! May God Bless you and keep you and give you strength during this difficult time.
