William J. “James” Brown, age 68, of Troy, OH passed away on September 6, 2023 at his residence. He was born on July 20, 1955 in Sidney, KY to the late Roy and Ada (May) Brown.
In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his brother: Roy Brown, Jr.; sisters: Rosa Stiltner and Margaret Stiltner.
