Stephen C. Epperson

Stephen Charles Epperson, age 69, of Conover, OH passed away on August 16, 2023 at Hospice of Miami County.  He was born on April 24, 1954 in Troy, OH to the late Charles B. and Juanita (Dakon) Epperson.

Steve is survived by his wife of 41 years: Robin S. (Martin) Epperson; sons: Roy Epperson and Ted Epperson both of Christiansburg; brother and sister-in-law: Dale and Barb Epperson of Tipp City; sisters and brother-in-law: Karen and Sam Clark of Troy and Ann Gresham of Sidney and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister and brothers-in-law: Joyce and Keith Ward and Chris Gresham.

Steve was a 1973 graduate of Troy High School.  He served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War from 1974-1976.  He retired from Northmont Sand and Gravel Company and was formerly employed with Eldean Gravel Company and served as a corrections officer with Miami County.  Steve was a jack of all trades and enjoyed helping people and doing woodworking.

As per his request, there will be no public service.  Memorial contributions may be made in Steve’s name to Hospice of Miami County.
