Michael W. Weaver, age 71, formerly of Troy; more recently of Laura, OH passed away on July 14, 2022 in Laura.  He was born on August 8, 1950 in Troy, OH to the late Max H. and Ida Faye (Green) Weaver.

Mike is survived by his son: Michael Weaver; two grandsons: Austin and Mason Weaver; two sisters: Jane (Phil) Webb and Judie Weaver; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother: Ronald Thompson.

He was a 1968 graduate of Troy High School.  He served in the US Army 101st Airborne during the Vietnam War.  He retired after many of years of service as a plant supervisor with Hobart Cabinet Company.

Mike was a member of the VFW Post in Troy and Fraternal Order of Eagles in Tipp City.  He enjoyed fishing.
