Obituary

Michael F. Krall, age 66, of Tipp City, passed away on Sunday August 22, 2021, at Grandview Hospital in Dayton.  He was born on September 18, 1954 in Euclid, OH, to the late Edward and Alice (Srbel) Krall.

Michael is survived by his wife of 23 years: Linda (Marchal) Krall; two children: Tim (Alexa) Magoto of Springboro and Jennifer (Kevin) Subler of Versailles; four brothers: Edward (Leona) Krall of Scottsdale, AZ, Kenneth Krall of Moorestown, NJ, Lawrence (Diane) Krall of Sheffield Village, OH and Richard (Cynthia) Krall of Greenwood, IN; two sisters: Mary Alice (Harry) Chen of New Canaan, CT and Gayle Kobelski of Oakdale, CT; one sister-in-law: Pat (Partner: Carole Van Osdol) Marchal; eight grandchildren: Kate, James, Ali and Charlie Magoto and Matthew, Jack, Henry and Grace Subler; and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother-in-law: Roger Marchal; and sister-in-law: Charlotte Krall.

Michael obtained his J.D. from University of Dayton School of Law.  He was most proud of his education and ability to travel the world as an attorney.  He was constantly learning and immersed himself in literature.  Michael retired from the State of Ohio as a staff attorney for the Bureau of Workers Compensation.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 27, 2021, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with Fr. Eric Bowman officiating.  Burial will be in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery in Newport, OH.  Family will receive friends from 12:00 – 2:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
