Meredith Eugene Zeller

Meredith Eugene Zeller, age 70, of Troy, OH passed away unexpectedly at home on October 29, 2020.  He was born on April 17, 1950 to the late Robert Leroy and Florence Marie (Hess) Zeller. 

Meredith is survived by his wife of 51 years: Barbara Sue (Bailey) Zeller; son: Christopher Eugene (Angie) Zeller of Harrod; daughter: Amy Suzanne (Joe) Sowers of Arcanum; seven grandchildren: Briana, Jesse, Jade, Ethan, Tyler, Christy, and Heather; five great grandchildren: Skyla, Damien, Brooklynn, Isabella, and Dustin; brothers: Robert Wayne Zeller of Troy; Gerald Kent Zeller of Webberville, MI; Blaich LaRue Zeller of Troy and Bryce Duane Zeller of Greenville and sisters: Carolyn Darlene (Zeller) Newport of Troy and Kalisa Joy (Zeller) Roark of Piqua.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother: Pharon D. Zeller; sister: Beverly K. (Zeller) Brown and grandson: David Wesley Sowers.

Meredith was a graduate of Miami East High School.  He retired from UTC Aerospace in Troy after 40 years of service.  He and his wife, Barbara enjoyed spending time in Amish Country in Holmes County, camping at Indian Lake and attending various church camp meetings.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at the Baird Funeral Home in Troy with interment in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Vandalia, OH.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM -1:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
