Jacquelyn Anissa Smallenbarger

Jacquelyn Anissa Smallenbarger, born September 14, 1969, unexpectedly passed away without warning at the age of 52 on Friday, October 1, 2021 at approximately 9:30 pm in her home surrounded by loved ones. This kind and loving woman is survived by her husband, Chris Smallenbarger, who she was married to for 30 years. Her daughter, Kirsten Smallenbarger and her 3 children: Jordan, Addison, and Eleanor. Her son, Jake Smallenbarger and his wife Brittany, and their 2 children: Henry and Alaina. Daughter of Don and Judy Taynor.

Jackie dedicated 34 years of service as a registered nurse at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy.

Jackie was a kind, selfless, loving lady who always put her children and especially her grandchildren before herself. Her favorite thing to do was spoil her grandchildren. She would enjoy watching all 5 of them on Fridays so she could have them all to herself. Her smile and personality would light up a room. There was no task too big or too small that she wouldn't take on by herself or by her husband's side. This beautiful wife, mom, grandma, daughter, sister, and friend was loved by all - taken too soon - and will be greatly missed.
