Edna Carol Blair

Edna Carol Blair, age 67, of Troy, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit in Troy.  She was born on March 8, 1952 in Grundy, VA to the late Lewis and Mary Ellen (Stiltner) Mooney.

Carol married her husband, Gary L. Blair Sr. on March 4, 1966 and he survives; she is also survived by her three children: Gary L. (Julie) Blair Jr. of Troy, Shirley Gayle Drummer of Troy, and Caren Ladd of Lima; her six siblings: Leonard Mooney of Ottawa, Jim Mooney of Lima, Ed Mooney of Continental, Barbara Drummer of Iowa, Shirley Ratliff of Defiance and Linda Smith of Continental; her five grandchildren: Jordan, Amber, Chris, Jennifer and Austin; and her six great grandchildren: Kellie, Tyson, Harper, Addilyn, Kolton, and Olivia.  She was preceded in death by her mother and father, and a son, Randall.

Carol attended the First Baptist Church in Troy. She loved the Lord and she loved her family.   She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.

Funeral services will be at 1PM on Monday, March 2, 2020 at Baird Funeral Home with Rev. Dale Christian officiating.  Family and friends may call on the family from 11-1PM prior to the service.  Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Troy, OH.
