Donna L Butts

Donna L. Butts, age 79, of Troy, Ohio passed away at the Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit on March 29, 2018.   Donna was born on July 27, 1938 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Joseph and Virginia (Weber) Downs.

Donna is survived by her children: Jeffrey Butts of Dayton, Victoria Massey of Dayton, Mark (Brenda) Butts of Pensacola, FL, Jim Butts of Troy and Patrick Butts of Dayton; siblings: Mooneen (Vern) Caulfield of Kettering, Juanita (Paul) Suerdieck of Troy, Elizabeth (Fred) Koth of Pinconning, MI, and Rita Downs of Riverside; 6 Grandchildren: Brandy Jo Butts, Virginia Collins, Matthew Butts, Natasha Butts, Courtney Neel, and Rhianna Aguilar and 11 Great-Grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother and a son, John Butts.

Donna was a graduate of Patterson Co-op School, Dayton, Ohio.  She was the former owner/operator of Anthony’s Hometown Diner in Piqua and retired from Industry Products, Piqua.   She loved jigsaw puzzles, cross-stitching, and was a very good cook.
