Dennis McNeal Sewards

DENNIS McNEAL SEWARDS, age 59, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at his residence.  He was born in Chillicothe on September 20, 1960 to the late Robert and Edith (Scales) Sewards.

Dennis is survived by four children: Torion (Heather) Lowe of Circleville and Ashley Sewards, Brittany Sewards and Brandon Sewards, all of Columbus; five siblings: Randy Seward, Helen Scales, Tecoyit Scales, Monica Sewards and Benny Sewards, all of Chillicothe; and seven grandchildren: Aiden McCormick, Caleb Lowe, Destiny Lowe, Maliek McReynolds, Aleah McReynolds, Serenity Sewards and Syree Sewards.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother: Timothy Sewards.

Dennis proudly served his country as a member of the US Marines from 1978-1980.

Memorial service will be at 1:00 PM on January 25, 2020 at New Life Christian Church, 1033 Dayton St, Chillicothe, OH 45601.  Arrangements are being handled by Baird Funeral Home in Troy.
