Barbara J. Hill

Barbara J. Hill, age 78, of Troy, OH passed away unexpectedly on January 7, 2021 at Reid Health in Richmond, IN.  She was born on August 2, 1942 in Troy, OH to the late Garnet and Mildred (Nolan) Emmel.  She was married to Bruce Hill and he preceded her in death in 2005.

Barbara is survived by her sister: Betty Bowman of Troy and sister and brother-in-law: Beverly and Robert Hunter of Hoover, AL.

She was a 1962 graduate of Troy High School and a former LPN.  She loved needle craft and while living in Florida she enjoyed volunteering in the local community center.

There will be no public services.  Private interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, OH.  Memorial contributions may be made in Barbara’s name to St. Jude Hospital.
