Zelma Sue McGinnis Zelma Sue McGinnis, age 61, who resided at Ryan's Bait Store, Troy, OH, passed away at 3:00AM on Thursday, October 18, 2007 at the South Brook Care Center, Springfield, OH. She was born on April 16, 1946, in Monterey, TN. She is survived by her companion, Joe Ryan of Troy; three children: George, Rebecca and Nancy. Zelma was preceded in death by her parents. She formerly worked in nursing care and more recently assisted at the Ryan's Bait Store, Troy, OH.
