Zachary J. Perry, age 16 of Troy, Ohio died Friday, January 24 as a result of an auto accident. Zachary, the son of Arliss S. and Christine Walker Perry of Troy is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Jack and Mary Walker; paternal grandfather, Arliss A. Perry; paternal grandmother, Mary J. Perry; sisters and brothers-in-law, Michelle and Jason Foster and Mindy and Kevin Kitchen; brother and sister-in-law, Johnny and Tara Adkins; nieces, Korteney, Emilee, Allisen and nephew, Ethan; uncle and aunt, Jim and Lora Perry; Steve and Cheryl Chasteen and Eddie and Barbara Heidenreich and many loving cousins; great aunts and uncles and friends. A sophomore at Miami East High School. He was an honor student and was a member of Student Council; FFA, a two-time letter winner on the Miami East golf team and also wrestled and played baseball. He was employed as a lot technician with Joe Johnson Chevrolet of Troy. He enjoyed sports, music and was an avid Kentucky Wildcats basketball fan and a Michigan Wolverines football fan. He was also the greatest son any parent could ever hope for. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Zachary's name.
