Z. Louise Long Van Horn, 82, of Troy, Ohio died on Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at her residence. She was born on May 4, 1923 in Columbus, Ohio to the late William and Bernice Webster Seitz. She married Norman G. Long and he precedes her in death, 1970. She then married Edward C. "Eddie" Van Horn and he precedes her in death, 2002. She is survived by her two sons & daughters-in-law; Norm and Lorrie Long of The Villages, Florida; Bob and Judy Long of Troy, Ohio and stepson & daughter-in-law; Ron and Vicky Van Horn of Union, Ohio and eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Troy; Grandmother's Club # 589, Troy and the Troy Senior Citizens. She operated Lou's Decorated Cakes for many years. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 30, 2005 at 2:00PM at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio with the Rev. Al Bastin officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio. There will be a special service of the Grandmother's Club held at 1:45PM on Friday at the funeral home.
