Wilmer Michael "Mike" Egelhoff Wilmer Michael "Mike" Egelhoff, age 45, of Tipp City, Ohio, passed away at 7:30AM on Monday, February 14, 2011 at the VA Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio. He was born on November 25, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio to Barbara Hamiel Egelhoff Hedges and the late Wilmer Thomas Egelhoff. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Barbara and Stephen Hedges of Tipp City; two daughters: LaTasha McKinney and Kenya Davies both of San Diego, California; brothers and sisters-in-law: Chad and Chesley Egelhoff of Englewood, Ohio, Scott and Jill Egelhoff of St. Louis, Missouri, Thomas and Liz Egelhoff of Santa Fe , New Mexico and Stephen and Suely Egelhoff of Colorado Springs, Colorado; two grandchildren: J'Aire and Lyric; maternal grandfather, Wallace Hamiel of Troy; former wife, Sarari Carmichael of Phoenix, Arizona; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his father, Tom, Mike was preceded in death by his grandparents. He loved sports and was an avid OSU fan. He retired from the US Navy after 16 years of service.
