Wilma Herbst, age 95 of Jacksonville, FL died Thursday, January 4, 2001 in Florida. She was a native of Bradford, Ohio and a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church of West Sonora, Ohio. She was former owner of the Herbst Waffle Shop from 1938-1943 and Wilma's Restaurant from 1950-1956 in Dayton, Ohio. Mrs. Herbst resided in Eustis, FL from 1968-1995. Services January 6, 2001 in Eustis, Florida. Interment in Harris Creek Cemetery, Bradford, Ohio.
