Wilma Jean Garrett, 79, of Troy, Ohio passed out of this life on Monday, April 26, 2004 at the Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, Ohio. She was born on January 26, 1925 in Sciotoville, Ohio to the late Edward and Ethel Gilmore Mowery. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, William D. Garrett and their three children; Sons and Daughter-in-law: Dennise Edward Kathleen Garrett of Troy, Ohio; Christopher Garrett of Troy, Ohio and daughter, Robin Garrett of Lewis Center, Ohio. Also grandsons and their spouses, Eddie & Kristin; Noah & Amy; Chase and Blake. There are also three great-grandchildren; Zachary, Nicholas and Rebecca. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Raymond Mowery and one infant sister. Her interest included her family; needlepoint and reading. The Rev.
