Willow Grace Snyder, age 3, of Troy, OH passed away on October 6, 2024 at Dayton Children's Hospital.  She was born on April 14, 2021 in Dayton, OH.

She is survived by her mother: Gisette (Santos) Hawk; father: David C. Snyder; siblings: Joshoah, Chloe, John David, Celena and Ellsie; grandparents: Amy and Sam Minton and extended family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Guillermo Santos and Aixa Molina.

There will be a gathering of family and friends from 2:00-3:00PM on Monday, October 14, 2024 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with a service to follow at 3:00PM.
