William L. Seitz, Sr. William L. Seitz, Sr., age 71, of Troy, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at his residence. He was born on March 11, 1940 in Wilmington, Ohio, to the late Emmett "Jack" and Dorothy Roush Seitz. His wife, Linda Bradley Seitz, preceded him in death in 1993. He is survived by three sons: David April Seitz of Troy, Princeton Kathyrn Seitz of Troy and J. Seitz of Piqua, Ohio; one daughter, Theresa Kinyoun of St. Petersburg, Florida; two brothers: David Judy Seitz of Bradford, Ohio and Melvin Susan Seitz of Troy; one sister, Pamela Gary Hawkins of Troy; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and his wife, Mr. Seitz was preceded in death by two sons, Billy and Jeffrey Seitz; one grandson, Jessie Kinyoun; and one brother, Darrell J. Seitz. He attended Troy Schools. He enjoyed working around his house and loved his children and grandchildren. Mr. Seitz retired from Dayton Power & Light Company after 27 years of service. According to his wishes, his body was donated to Wright State University for medical research. A memorial service will be held at 4:00PM on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy.
