William David Ross, 85 of Troy, Ohio passed away Sunday October 24, 2004 at Koester Pavilion in Troy. He was born June 14, 1919 in Stanford, Kentucky to the late James and Rosa Flemmings Ross. He is survived by his wife, Audrey Wright Ross of Troy; a son Carl Ross and daughter Debi Puckett both of Piqua, Ohio; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grand children. He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Christine Ross, 3 brothers George, Jim and Russell "Bear" Ross, and 2 sisters Mary and Janie. Mr. Ross was a member of the Troy Apostolic Temple and a US Navy Veteran. He retired from Hartsell Propeller after 23 years of service. Funeral Services will be held Thursday October 28, 2004 @ 10:30 AM at the Baird Funeral Home Troy, Ohio with Pastor Richard Workman officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery, Piqua, Ohio. Friends may call on the family Wednesday October 26, 2004 from 6 to 8 PM.
