William Albert King Jr., age 85, of Troy, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at Parkside Fairfield Nursing Home in Fairfield, OH. He was born on August 18, 1937 in Troy to the late William Albert King, Sr. and Helen (Grove) King.

William is survived by his wife: Sandra Lee (Eberwein) King; sons: Wayne Allen King of Trotwood and Steven Lee King of Canal Winchester; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter.

William attended The Ohio State University where he played hockey.  He retired as a branch manager at Huntington National Bank in Columbus and from the City of Troy Recreation Department. He had been a part owner of the Drexel Theatre in Bexley.  He was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Piqua, Franklin Lodge #14 F&AM and Antioch Shrine.

Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on June 16, 2023 at the Riverside Cemetery Chapel, Troy with Paster Ronald W. Green officiating.  Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, OH.
