William Jacob Fellers, 92, of Troy, Ohio died on Thursday, December 22, 2005 at the Koester Pavilion, Troy, Ohio. He was born on March 14, 1913 in Arcanum, Ohio to the late Ora and Goldie Rish Fellers. He married his wife of 56 years, Mary J. Baker on August 10, 1935 and she preceeded him in death in 1991. He is survived by his second wife of 12 years, Marthel Waymire Fellers. He is also survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Kathleen and William Slack and Cheryl Kay and Richard Spencer; stepchildren and their spouses, Gerald and Judy Fellers and Terri and John Procuniar; grandchildren, Kim Blake Heim; Sean Molly Slack; Michael Gina Spencer and Randy Spencer; stepgrandchildren, Bradley Monica Fellers; Brandon Tricia Fellers; Jeffery Ronda Falknor and Shawn Procuniar; great-grandchildren, Sean Jr. and Ethan Slack; Alexander and Parker Heim; Cole, Savi, Brandon, and Kayla Spencer; step-greatgrandchildren, Kiera, Kyle, Michael, and Macy Fellers and Heather, Bethany, and Joshua Falknor. He was preceeded in death by his five sisters, Mary, Martha, Esther, Orpha, and Alice. A member of the First United Church of Christ, Troy and a former deacon of the church; member and past president of the Troy Skating Club; former Troy City Council member; former member of the Troy Kiwanis Club and formerly served with the Civil Air Patrol. He retired in 1978 from Troy Sunshade Company as an Engineer Designer. Services will be held 11am Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy with interment in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Friends may call from 10-11am Tuesday at the funeral home.
