William Roger Dyer, 56, of Troy, Ohio died on Monday, November 14, 2005 at the Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, Ohio. He was born on October 23, 1949 in Troy, Ohio to William and June Purdin Dyer. He married Joan Carol Hunt, and she precedes him in death. He is survived by three children, sons and daughter-in-law; William Rodger and Heidi Grove of Troy, Ohio; Jamie Elliott of Troy, Ohio; Tammi Rene Grove of Troy, Ohio; brothers and sisters, Betty Lawrence of London, Ohio; Sharon Smith of Troy, Ohio; James Dyer of Troy, Ohio; Terry Sherry of London, Ohio Betty Tom Lawrence of London, Ohio; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; Aunt Shirley Delpha Purdin of West Virginia and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; wife; grandmother, Anna Purdin and numerous aunts and uncles. He was a truck driver with Trans Freight. There will be a Private Family Service at the convenience of the family. Contributions may be made to the family to help with medical expenses.
