William E. Brown, age 54, of Troy, OH died Saturday, December 26, 2009 at 12:50PM at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, OH following a brief illness. He was born January 19, 1955 in Evansville, IN, the son of Gus E. Brown of Richmond, IN and Catherine Jean Arnold Lauck of Oxford, OH. Bill was married to Jolene M. Evans Brown, his wife of 35 years. In addition to his parents and wife, Bill is survived by his stepmother, Heidi Brown Richmond, IN; his daughter and son-in-law, Tina Marie and Travis Round of Indianapolis, IN; son, Tim E. Brown of Troy, OH; brothers and sister-in-law, Barry Brown and Brian Brown both of Richmond, IN; Chris and Shelly Brown of Indianapolis, IN; Dirk Smith of Portland, OR; and Eric Smith of Richmond, IN; grandchildren, Trenton and Taylor Round and Brayden and Olivia Brown; and numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Roland and brother, Robert Brown. Bill was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Richmond, IN. He was employed as a maintenance supervisor and electrician with EverRoll Specialties of Springfield, OH. Funeral service will be held 7:00PM Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH with the Hospice Chaplain Richard Dunbar officiating.
