William T. Bolin Jr. William T. Bolin Jr., age 66, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 11:53PM on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at his residence. He was born on August 2, 1943 in Piqua, Ohio to the late William T. Bolin Sr. and Beatrice L. Kiser Pemberton. He is survived by his companion of 22 years, Thelma Hurst of Troy; four children: Jennifer Grogg of Troy, Jacqueline Welker of Troy, William T. "Tom" Bolin III of Dayton, Ohio and Justin J. "J.J." Bolin of Troy; three sisters: Wilma Howard of Springfield, Ohio, Vinnie Hutton of Piqua, Ohio and Terri Clark of Piqua, Ohio; and seven grandchildren. In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by two sisters, Sharon Griffeth and Vickie Selvage and stepfather, Charles Pemberton. He served in the US Marine Corps and was an avid sports fan. He also loved to play golf. William was an Installation Manager with Renaissance Remodelers and more recently with Home Remodelers, Inc. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Friday, September 4, 2009 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Pastor Dale Christian officiating. Interment will follow at Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio with VFW Memorial Honor Guard services at the graveside. Friends may call from 6-8PM Thursday at the funeral home.
