William Franklin Birtcil, age 67, of Troy, OH passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017 at SpringMeade Health Center, Tipp City.  Bill was born on August 15, 1949 in Springfield, OH to the late Frank and Agnes (Walls) Birtcil.

Bill is survived by his daughters: Melissa Whitten of Hinesville, GA, Carol (Steve) Riley of Lawrenceville, GA and Heather Birtcil of Troy; son: BJ Birtcil of Troy; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Bill was a 1967 graduate of Troy High School.  He was a member of the Troy Fish & Game.  He retired from Dayton Reliable Tool after 49 years of service.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 6:00-8:00PM on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at the Troy Fish & Game, 2618 Lefevre Road, Troy, OH.
