Wilfred Paul Bloedow, age 88, of Covington, passed away on January 26, 2022 at Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born on August 3, 1933 in Merrill, WI to the late Carl Wilfred and Alice Ruth (Maass) Bloedow.

Paul is survived by his wife, whom He married on August, 25, 1966: Sara E. (Rowley) Bloedow of Covington; son: Eric Bloedow of Covington; siblings: Lucetta (Howard) Kanetzke of Madison, WI and Phillip (Candace) Bloedow of Edgerton, WI; nieces: Laurel (Chuck) Zeier of Madison, WI and Laura Kanetzke. In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his nephew: Neil.

Paul graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. Paul dedicated 27 years to Kemper Insurance Group in Long Grove, IL.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday, January 31, 2022 at Baird Funeral Home. Burial will immediately follow at Fairview Cemetery in Quincy, OH. Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 PM on Monday at Baird Funeral Home.
