WAYNE P. LOREK

Wayne P. Lorek, age 61, of Troy, OH passed away unexpectedly on March 27, 2015. He was born on February 15, 1954 in Berwyn, Illinois to the late Raymond and Lillian (Paulus) Lorek. He was married to Donna (Parkhurst) Lorek for 33 years and she survives.

Wayne is also survived by his son: Tim (Stephanie) Lorek of New Haven Connecticut; two daughters: Anne (Danny) Reiman of Silver Lake, Ohio and Emily Lorek of Troy; one sister: Pat (John) Hagney of Spokane, Washington; and one brother: Scott (Shelley) Lorek of Maryville, Missouri; father-in-law: Richard Parkhurst of Hebron, IN; two sisters-in-law: Ruth Parkhurst of Hammond, IN and Patti (Stan) Baker of Schererville, IN and several nieces and nephews.

Wayne received his MBA from West Virginia University and has worked in manufacturing operations for more than 40 years. He was Executive VP of Operations at Norcold in Sidney since 2001. He attended First United Methodist C hurch in Troy. Wayne was an avid fisherman and loved spending time with his family at the lake in Wisconsin.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at First United Methodist Church in Troy with Reverend Dave Leckrone officiating.  Friends may call from 3-6 PM on Tuesday at the church. Friends may express condolences to the family through www.bairdfuneralhome.com .
