Obituary
Mr. Charles is survived by his wife of 51 years, Matilda May Charles, a daughter, Helen Thomas of Pell City, AL; a stespon, Paul May of McAndrew, KY; a sister, Lacy Ramos of Lorain, Ohio; four grandchidren and four great grandchildren.
Mr. Charles was a WWII US Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Charles and Mary Ellen Sullivan Charles.
