Warren F. "Bud" Decker, age 84, of Centerville, OH died Saturday, January 31, 2009 at Sycamore Hospital, Miamisburg, OH. He was born February 14, 1924 in Trenton, NJ. He was married to Shirley Jane Gunn Decker who preceded him in death on December 17, 2007. He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Lynn Brentlinger of Elkton, MD; Nancy and David Currie of League City, TX; son, Jeffery Decker of Cranberry Twp., PA; grandchildren, John Brentlinger, Jamie Brentlinger, Jeana Burslem, Rachel Decker-Williamson, Brandon Decker, and Stephanie Sherlock; great-grandchildren, Ashlee Brentlinger, Caitlyn Brentlinger, Tanner Brentlinger, and Cierra Burslem. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his son, Kim Warren Decker on February 7, 2004 and granddaughter, Lisa Brentlinger. He was a WWII US Army Air Corp Veteran; member and former chaplain of the VFW #5436 of Troy; volunteer with the Dayton Air Force Museum; and longtime scout leader with the Boy Scouts of America. He retired in 1989 from Hobart Corporation, Troy. Memorial Service will be held 11:00AM Monday, Feb. 2, 2009 at the Riverside Cemetery Chapel, Troy, OH. Interment in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, OH.
