Wanda M. Moats Wanda M. Moats, 87, of Troy, Ohio died Monday, December 8, 2008 at 5:15AM at Harborside Health Care Center in Troy, Ohio. She was born July 30, 1921 in Washington Court House, Ohio to the late Wiley and Lora Johnson Arnott. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Moats in 1986; a sister, Wilma Morton and one nephew, Stevie Vandeford. She is survived by a son, Robert Moats of Marion, Ohio; Daughter, Lora Larck of Troy, Ohio; Grandchildren Chris Moats – Delaware, Eric Scott Harbour – Troy, Jennifer Larck Begley – Troy, Pastor Matt Harbour – Pleasant Hill, OH; Fourteen great grandchildren. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Troy; A graduate of Washington Court House High School as a member of the National Honor Society. She was employed by Moats Rest Home for twenty years. Funeral Services will be Thursday December 11, 2008 @ 10:00AM at the Baird Funeral Home with Grandson, Matthew Harbour of Cornerstone Baptist Church officiating. Graveside services at Washington Cemetery, Washington Court House, Ohio will follow at 2:00PM Thursday December 11, 2008. Friends may call on the family Wednesday December 10, 2008 from 4 – 8 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church.
