Wanda Darlene Cromes Favorite, 82, of Troy, went to be with the Lord on January 8, 2022.  She was born May 13, 1939, in Piqua, OH. to the late Martin L. and Louise I. (Walker) Cromes.

Wanda is survived by her children: Randy Favorite, Dean (Jennifer)Favorite, Julie (Bob) Pogue, Mary (David) Ditmer; grandchildren: Michele Young, Amy Escue, Zach Favorite, Megan Favorite, Victoria Huntsbarger, Sam Favorite, Cortney Hammack, Macy Favorite, Trace and Kenton Favorite, Cruz and Ella Favorite; great-grandchildren: Hazard Williams, Derek, Dylan, and Caroline Young, Myles and Wyatt Huntsbarger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James (Jim) Favorite, one brother, Benny Cromes and a great granddaughter, Emma Young.

Wanda is a retired nurse who liked taking care of people.  She also enjoyed going to the horse shows with her family, sewing, knitting, reading, fishing and cooking.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Chris Heiss officiating.  Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.  Friends may call from 4:00-7:00PM on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at the funeral home.
