Vivian I. Meggs, age 70 of Troy died Tuesday, December 12, 2000. Born of the late, Trubie C. Jones and Melva J. Skaggs Jones she is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Delena and Cliff Polhamus; Minelva Ridenour; son, Leon Sphar; brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Mary Jones; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mabel and Jerry Caldwell; Virginia and Dwight Black; Viola and Myron Potts; Violet and George Vorpe and Dorothy and Gene Campbell; grandchildren, Joe Polhamus; Jeremy Ridenour; Christy Higgs and Sabra Keith and great-grandchildren, Courtney Polhamus; Kali Higgs; Cameron Ridenour; Cheyene Keith and Jonathon Keith; and special family friends, Jerry and Willa Vogler and Garrett and Bertie Noble. Mrs. Meggs was a member of the Troy Baptist Temple.
