Victor "Vic" Woodall, age 72, of St. Marys, Ohio, passed away at 5:30AM on Monday, August 22, 2011 at Joint Township Hospital, St. Marys, Ohio. He was born on August 14, 1939 in Troy, Ohio to the late Robert E. and Jennie Sharits Woodall. His wife of 47 years, Vicke Davis Woodall, survives. In addition to his wife, Vic is survived by his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Harold and Dixie Winemiller of Tipp City, Ohio; sister-in-law, Anna Davis of Piqua, Ohio; nephew, Mike and Crystal Davis of Piqua, Ohio; nieces: Susan and Jay Evans of Huber Heights, Ohio and Sally and Brent Latimer of Piqua, Ohio; and lots of loving nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Vic was preceded in death by one brother, Danny in 1970, and brother-in-law Barry Davis. He was a veteran of the US Army Reserves and attended First United Church of Christ, Troy, Ohio. He was one of the first to organize and chair the LRC & LIA for cleaning up Grand Lake St. Marys. He was a member of Moose, Elks, Eagles and Troy Fish & Game. Vic was an all around sports guy and enjoyed playing cards. He had many friends, was a loving husband and will be missed by all. Vic was a systems manager for Hobart/PMI, traveling in the US and Canada. He was also a licensed realtor with Galbreath in Troy. Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
