Vickie L. Sparks, age 51, of Troy, OH passed away Monday, April 9, 2018 at UVMC.  She was born on July 25, 1966 in Dayton, OH to Wayne A. Nave and Gloria (Tirey) McKinney.

In addition to her father, Vickie is survived by her husband of 31 years: Gregory L. Sparks; children: Donald (Betsey) T. Nave of Troy; Mackenzie, Connor, Gregory, and Elijah Austin, and Jayce Huff all at home; three siblings: Robin (Daniel) Miller of Bellbrook; Cindy Nave of Dayton; and Wayne Allen Nave of Beavercreek; six grandchildren: Anthony, Zachary, Matthew, Aden, Garett and Liam Nave; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Vickie was preceded in death by her mother and step mother, Georgia Nave.

Vickie was a 1984 graduate of Tipp City and attended Sinclair Community College.   She loved spending time with her family.   She worked at numerous restaurants in and around Troy.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday April 14, 2018 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy.  Interment will take place at Miami Memorial Park in Covington. The family will receive friends from 11:00AM – 1:00PM prior to the services on Saturday.   Memorial contributions may be made to the Kinship Program of the Miami County Children's Services Board, 510 W. Water Street, Troy, OH, 45373.
