Vickie Jo Partin, age 65, of Troy, OH passed away on October 1, 2022 at her residence. Vickie was born on December 31, 1956 in Troy, OH to the late Glenn Bell and Nora (Hereford) Hitchcock.

Vickie is survived by her children: Josh (Angie Hall) Sowers, Jeremey (Amber) Sowers, Jason Christopher Sowers, and Melissa Jo Partin all of Troy; grandchildren: Dylan, Paige, Vincent, Chase, Serenity, Trinity, Jason, Cayden, Weston, Victoria, Violet, Addison, and Bexley; several great grandchildren; and siblings: Tracy Gawronski, Susie Gansheimer, Craig Bell, and Mark Bell. In addition to her parents, Vickie is preceded in death by her son: Jesse T. Partin; grandson: Braylon; brothers: Rick Bell and Glenn Lee Bell Jr.; and sister: Teresa Whitten.

Vickie attended Ginghamsburg Church in Tipp City. She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 10, 2022 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Friends may call from 11:00AM-1:00 PM on Monday before the service at the funeral home.
