Vicki Lynn Willis, 47, of Covington, Ohio died Friday, May 13, 2005 at 2:30AM at the Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. She was born on March 3, 1958 in Delaware, OH to the late Charles and Roshella Morrison Blay. She is survived by her step-father; Melvin Simpson of Columbus, OH; her husband; George Michael Willis of Covington, OH; mother and father-in-law; Mary Ann and James Massie of Troy, OH; children; Shannon Blay and Nichole Meagle both of Columbus, OH; step-children; Jamie Michael Will and William Jason Willis both of Covington, OH; brothers; Glenn Simpson; Kevin Simpson and Darrell Simpson all of Columbus, OH; and sister-in-law; Pamela Bailar of Rosewood, OH. Also she has seven grandchildren. There will be a Private Service.
