Vernon E. Bartel is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Dale E. and Jacque Bartel and Mark E. and Pam Bartel; sister, Jane Gosser; sister-in-law, Faye Hardesty; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy and his parents, Paul E. and Blanche Martindale Bartel.

Mr. Bartel was lifetime farmer;former 4H advisor and lifemember of Miami County Antique Power.

Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
